Being a Chairperson of the college I had concentrated my efforts for the enrichment of the infrastructure of the college, the introduction of the new courses, new curriculums and disciplines in the knowledge of Higher Education. In the globalization of Higher Education ‘Academic Quality’ has become must. Along with the traditional   trends of the Higher education, we had initiated some new courses of studies related to Computer Education and Science in view of the employment needs and the opportunities in the field of Globalization .The improvement in teaching and learning along with new teaching aids have been made effective. So that .quality education will be imparted to all the stake holders. The quality generation aspect is also accelerated with the efforts of the IQAC of the college. The AQAR had been prepared and sent yearly after the process of Re-accreditation by NAAC. We have achieved the ‘C++’ grade for accreditation and ‘B’ grade with 2.35 score for the re-accreditation. In Re-reaccreditation of Third Cycle we have obtained B+ grade in September 2017 with a score of 2.62. From 2017 onward we are regularly submitting AQAR of IQAC and they have been accepted by NAAC office Bangalore. Our efforts are also note worthy in providing the social services through the media of the National Service Scheme, and the staff to support the policies of the State Government as well as the Central Government. The student progress in academics, sports, culture, and other various aspects of the personality development, is marvelous .We are stick up with our goals, mission and objectives. We are marching forward with all these towards the quality generation, maintenance and sustenance in the field of the higher education.

Education has put in GATT pact as service sector. So Academic Quality has become multi-dimensional. By taking it into consideration, our college administration has decided to attempt for quality education, evaluation & continuity in quality education.

Since academic year 2005-2006 we have introduced senior science faculty, B.C.A., B.Sc. (ECS), Art, Commerce and Science Junior College, Bi-Focal Courses such as Crop Science and Electronics (200 Marks), Certificate Course in Tally, Office Automation, Spoken English and Medical Lab Technician job oriented courses.

Since academic year 2016-17 we have started B.Com Part-I faculty in our college.

The 21st century is being understood as “Knowledge” century .Higher education is expected to play a pivotal role in global economy. The Colleges and Universities therefore are the central institutions to play the key role. The cultivation of youths with the sound and advanced knowledge and skills as well the cultivation of  the research  oriented analytical minds is really challenge .To cope with these challenges and needs it is indeed important to transmit the knowledge and skills to students in an effective manner . This requires a total transmission of traditional attitude about higher education. The efforts of NAAC in the cultivation of quality aspects found vital and fruitful.

Since I had shouldered the responsibility of the college as a local advisor, I had put my all efforts to enrich the infrastructure and the facilities for the better teaching, learning atmosphere of the college.
