The Programme outcomes, Programme specific outcomes and course outcomes are conveyed to the students through classrooms by the Principal’s speech and teachers. The university also mentions in their course structure and syllabi. The vision, Mission and statements of the Institution and NAAC are displayed on the college website as well as many places in the college campus, in Boucher (Prospectus and Annual College Magazine).The course outcomes are decoded by the board of studies authority by taking into consideration the competencies and skills required for job market. In humanity courses the course outcome is focused on to growing of students ethical and moral values so also the National, Global human values. The job skills and competencies is varied from course to course. The course structure in the Science and BCA, BSc. (ECS) faculties an emphasis is given on fifty fifty knowledge skill ratio. In humanities, the ratio is of 80+80+20. In humanities, the fundamental skills like reading, writing and conversation, expressions, emotions and the skills to overcome the stresses. Almost all the skills required for the jobs in these decades relates to computer based soft skills and hard skills. Students in the rural area like us are enough good in the ethical moral and national life values, sincere and honest. However, in computer based skills, conversation in english are difficult to achieve. However, teachers give a lot of motivation and inspiration to improve english conversation and computer based skills. The course outcomes, the programme outcomes are assessed through the internal examination, seminar, Tutorials and University examinations. The programme outcome can be assed through employment, self employment PG progressions of the students. However, to grow as a person with remarkable achievements is through gradual learning process of an individual. Therefore the inculcation of students the basic learning skills is of prime importance. The continuous attachment of a teacher with students after completion of programme will serve the purpose to continue his career. The Curricular, Co curricular and extracurricular activities wherein the students participation in the college are helpful enough to inculcate many skills. The participation in National Service Scheme is helpful in building a students character with lots of human and national spirit, strengthening and developing the nation through self help and sensitivity towards a mass at large. The students come across social health and hygiene environment and its rule in the existence of humankind is rightly imbibed on the minds of the students .The Sports culture gives you the positive attitude to inculcate positive attitude in win win situations and to live stress free life. The individual skills in the arts and fine arts are very useful to the students for their future career. The Commerce course outcome is in the development of the students who can initiate the small scale entrepreneurs their management. The students are given good computer assistance in their courses for computer auditing online job promotions and online business.
